We have been using Debbie’s Home and Pet Care Service for four years and they have always been accommodating and courteous. When we come back from being away, our two cats and a bird are always in such good spirits. No trauma of being carted off to a kennel. They are cared for in the comfort of their own home.

My fiancée and I feel very privileged to have found Sandy Rattray from Debbie’s Home and Pet Care. The first assignment Sandy had with our Yorkie was during the big storm of March 2010. Even though electricity was out and most roads were impassible, Sandy got to our Yorkie and made sure he received the proper care during that stressful time. Not only did she care for our Yorkie, but she also took on the task of dealing with two feet of water in our basement. We have found Sandy to exceed the expectations of finding dog-sitter that is both trustworthy and dedicated.
We first hired Sandy to care for our dog while we would be travelling. However, Sandy has dedicated a great deal of time and effort socializing our Yorkie with other dogs. I guess it began with you “sitting” our Greenwich house and our Golden Retriever, Casey, for the month of August in the early ’90’s.
Ever since then you have assisted us on an as-needed basis whenever we might be out of town. Whether it was boarding Casey, forwarding business and personal mail to us, watching our house, or more recently, helping get things back together for us after one of the recent storms, we always have been able to count on you.

Sandy and her team have cared for generations of our pets, a dog and indoor cats.
Over these twenty years, we have lost our dog (a beautiful Alaskan Malamute) and a generation of cats.

I have been using their services for more than two years and it has been exceptional. I adopted an abandoned puppy from a shelter who needed complete training. Debbie’s caregivers, Sandy and Jeff, have single handedly turned my hyper and former runaway dog into a well disciplined and friendly pet loved by all. These caregivers have always been very responsive to caring for her even though my schedule has been at times changing. They are not only wonderful with the puppy but also extremely helpful and responsible with monitoring and securing our house.
